Vesna Festival MultiMedia Arts Contest

March 16, 2010 -- Vesna – A Spring Celebration 2010

Eligibility: The contest is open to all Saskatchewan children and youth who are of Ukrainian descent.

Age Categories: 9-13 and 14-18, prizes awarded in both categories.

Prizes: 1st prize $100, 2nd prize $75, 3rd prize $50, Honourable Mention $25.

Guidelines: The entry must depict a Vesna Festival or Spring Celebration theme.

Visual Art: Any media welcome.

Poetry and Story Writing: Ukrainian or English writing welcome.

Poetry may combine illustration or decoration on the page or on an attached page.

On All Entries: Originality is encouraged, any size of art welcome.

Submission of Art: Deadline for receiving entries is April 30, 2010.

Selected entries from each category will be exhibited at Vesna Festival May 7 & 8, West Room, TCU Place, Saskatoon, Sask.

All art will be returned.
