Employment opportunity at Ilarion Residence/Village

May 5, 2006 -- Ilarion Residence/Village invites application for the position of Administrator.

Ilarion Residence/Ilarion Village is a non-profit multi-level Senior facility established by the Ukrainian Orthodox Senior Citizens Society. Located near Market Mall in Saskatoon, it consists of 104 Senior Rental apartments, 21 Assisted Living units, and 30 Life Lease Units.

The Administrator is responsible to the Board of Directors for the overall management and operation of the facility.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant management experience in a senior residential facility.
  Certificate or Degree in Administration is preferred.
• Proven financial management skills including computer proficiency in operating
  Accounting Programs.
• The ability to develop job descriptions, supervise and evaluate staff.
• Organizational skills including development of policies and procedures, shift
  scheduling and maintenance of appropriate records.
• Demonstrated good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively with a Volunteer Board of Directors.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian Culture and Language is a definite asset.
