'Live Free for a Year Lottery' Early Bird Winner
August 29, 2005 -- (UCC-SPC inform) -- The Ukrainian
Canadian Congress - -Saskatchewan Provincial Council extends its congratulations
to Mr. John Hrynenko of Prince Albert, winner of
the $1,500 Early Bird prize in the 'Live Free for a Year' lottery.
The drawing took place on Sunday 28 August in Saskatoon.
With more than $75,000 in prizes to win and only 2,500 tickets
for sale province-wide, chances are excellent to win in the 'Live
Free for a Year' lottery. In addition to the $52,000 Grand Prize,
there are cash prizes of $500 per month for a year for free groceries
or $200 per month for a year for free gasoline. Additionally, there
is a $2,000 travel voucher from Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Audio Warehouse
is providing a number of other luxuries for the home like a 42"
Panasonic Plasma television with stand valued at nearly $4,000,
Panasonic DVD/TV combos, Panasonic micro stereo systems, Panasonic
DVD recorders and 4.0 mega pixel digital cameras. For the young
and young-at-heart prizes include Apple iPod minis and Sony PlayStation
Portables.
The Grand Prize draws will take place on Sunday 6 November at the
UCC-SPC Nation Builders & Community Recognition Awards to be
held at the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel in Saskatoon. Tickets are available
