7, 2008 -- Three basic levels for volunteer involvement,
learning and fun!
Planning Committee: meetings are held monthly
beginning in October with two meetings per month beginning in
May as needed. Role includes participating in planning and ensuring
implementation of adopted plans.
Sub-committee member: Meet with sub-committee
chairperson as required to develop plans and assist with implementation
as needed.
Volunteer before and at event: work in various
areas to set-up and run the event for fixed time allocations.

Volunteer requirements at the event
Set-up in the morning: 8 volunteers @ 3hrs each, 9:00a.m. to
noon
Marking out parking spaces: 2 volunteers@ 3hrs each, 9:00 a.m.
to 10:00a.m.
Token sales: 20 volunteers in 2hr. shifts starting at 11:00
to 10:00 p.m.
Entrance gate attendant: 12 volunteers @ 2hr. shifts from 11:
a.m. to 10: p.m.
Token runner: 5 volunteers @ 2hr. shifts from 11: a.m. to 10:
p.m
Clean-up after event 4 volunteers @ 1 hr. each.
