Kyiv Pavilion Committee Volunteers Required

February 25, 2009 -- This year's Mosaic dates June 4th 5th and 6th may seem distant, being that we are still in a cold snowy February. However pavilion meetings, both for our own KYIV pavilion and meetings with Regina Multicultural Council have already commenced.

In order to have another successful pavilion this year we must have our committee chairs in place asap. Although we have most of our committee chair volunteers in place there are still very important areas that remain vacant. Namely, Food services, Boutique and Purchasing. Without volunteers coming forth for these, we cannot have a successful pavilion.

This year we have decided to split up tasks in these areas so that it makes it so much easier on the committee chairs for these positions. We realize that it takes some of your time, but at the same token, it is a very gratifying experience. Please seriously consider coming on the Committee and helping to make this another great Mosaic for our KYIV Pavilion.
